Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All deliveries have to be signed for. Orders under £10 in value, excluding delivery charge, may be sent as un-recorded to facilitate your receipt.
Items being shipped outside Mailand UK, i.e., N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles & Isle of Man are subject to a maximum weight allowance of 1.5KG for normal postal terms/charge. Any order/parcel exceeding this weight will be liable for additional postal charges - rates on application.

EU Deliveries
EU Countries we deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Republic of Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland + Cyprus - up to 2kg.
We will not deliver to any other counties that are not in the above list. For large weighted orders, an additional delivery charge may apply and will be quoted prior to order dispatched, if applicable.
Any charges for receipt of goods, taxes or otherwise are payable by the receiver of the goods.
Address Responsibility
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed or lost by incorrect address information supplied by you during the checkout process.
If your order requires to be addressed to an altertive person, other than you, please e-mail us immediatly, ensuring we are advised of this PRIOR TO DISPATCH.
Royal Mail Service Failure
In the event that Royal Mail fails to delivery any order that has a 'premium paid service' of UK Next Day Guaranteed or UK Saturday Guaranteed - please notify us immediately. Upon Royal Mail's confirmation of 'failed service' (which can take up to 15 working days), we shall apply a refund back to your original payment method of the difference between standard delivery (£2.85) and the 'paid premium service'.
Heavy Orders & Courier Orders
For heavier postal items, these are normally dispatched via a Parcel Courier. Delivery on these items are normally within 24 hours from date of dispatch, noting, a signature will still be required for acceptance. All courier deliveries are made on 'Working Days', i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. Interlink Express does not offer 'Next Working Day' on some remote parts of UK, therefore, please allow 2 working days.
Heavy items being delivered to N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Isle of Wight are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels, therefore, please allow up to 5 working days for receipt.
Failed Deliveries
Non-deliveries can generally be collected from the Post Office Sorting Depot. However, if an order is returned to us from the Royal Mail/Courier for non-collection, a charge of £4.95 will be made for a re-delivery. Royal Mail will generally only keep a non-delivered item for 7 days. After this, it will be returned to us, which can take up to a further 7 days for us to receive. Our Couriers will ONLY hold a parcel for up to 5 days prior to returning it to us.
Lost/Delayed Orders
In the unlikely event your goods do not arrive to you within 10 working days from our dispatch confirmation to you, please e-mail us quoting your name, delivery address and original receipt number. If after 15 working days your goods have still not arrived to you and were sent via the Post Office Recorded Delivery system, we can lodge a complaint and file a claim for lost goods. If the goods are confirmed by the Royal Mail as undelivered/lost, we can either refund fully the original charge, including postage if applicable, or replace and re-send your order, noting, this can only be exercised after receiving confirmation from the Royal Mail's investigation.
Discreet Delivery
All deliveries are sent in discreet and plain packaging. The invoice documentation will also be inside the packaging, which offers you confidentiality at the highest level. |
